Of the 13 botanicals, citrus peels, sage and the flower of Santa Ana, hibiscus, are the stars in the spirit. A true taste of California here, one that'll more than hold its own in a Martini!

A core of juniper supported by oily orange, distinctive savoury sage and a tart, red floral finish.
