For the summer edition of nginious! a completely new recipe was composed. In addition to juniper and blueberries, it consists of peaches, jasmine blossoms, fresh limes, white pepper and rhubarb.
It is not difficult to see that this gin is dominated by fruity-floral notes. It is slightly lighter than the nginious! Swiss Blended Gin, with a distinctly feminine focus. The well-known freshness also distinguishes this gin.
Botanicals
Juniper, blueberries, peach, fresh lime, jasmine blossom, white pepper, rhubarb root and rhubarb
Maceration & rest time
Preparation: Fruits are gently crushed by hand, short, intensive maceration. The rest period after blinding is at least 6 weeks.
Perfect Serve
We recommend a Mediterranean tonic as well as a basil leaf and a peach slice.
