nginious! Swiss Blended Gin is an extremely characterful gin with a tart herbal note, very fresh and balanced. 

It shows great complexity and appears soft and harmonious even on its own. You can clearly smell and taste that 18 botanicals are used here. With 45% vol., nginious! can also be drunk neat. However, it harmonises above all in gin and tonic. While the aromas "go under" with most gins when tonic water is added, the tonic water opens the nginious! Swiss Blended Gin, so that it is always present.

Botanicals

Juniper, barberries, bay fruits, lemon and sweet orange peel, fresh grapefruit, cardamom, hay flowers, red clover blossoms, bee balm, verbena, hyssop, chamomile, black currant leaves, orris root, silver thistle root, galangal, liquorice

Maceration & rest time

Preparation: Fruits are gently crushed by hand, short, intensive maceration. The rest period after blinding is at least 6-8 weeks. 

Perfect Serve 

We recommend a dry tonic and a grapefruit zest.
